Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

You may return any item purchased from Zaviin within 30 days of the delivery date, whether or not the item is defective. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Non-Defective Returns

If you change your mind or no longer want the item, you can still return it within 30 days. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@zaviin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
